5 Reasons to Always Carry Whiskey

Let's ramp up the bourbon talk. My cabinet holds a variety of favorites from my neighbor state of Kentucky...which does much better with bourbon than they do basketball. I like all of these: Blanton's, Stagg Jr, Blade & Bow, Eagle Rare, Four Roses Reserve, Weller 12, Jefferson Reserve Cask, EH Taylor, Henry McKenna, Elijah Craig 12, Buffalo Trace, Old Forester BIB, Booker's Maw-Maw, and a couple others. I've even got a bottle of White Dog to warm up my friends who need it.

On a hunt I'll be leaving the pricey stuff at home. Maybe I'll bring some Eagle, Buffalo Trace or Woodford's. I'm not picky out there and any good bourbon is a delight when the fire needs to burn.

Eagle Rare, Buffalo Trace and Woodford's are all great. I'm tellin' ya, look for Elmer T. Lee.

Last couple years its been mostly 100% agave tequila's and Buffalo Trace for me, and the occasional bottle of Evan Williams or Jim Beam. Woodfords is pretty good as well.
For my Fav, I use sierra mist as a carrier. Ice, Four fingers of buffalo trace, and squeeze in 1/8 of a lime, swizzle around a bit and its done.
I call it a "misty-buffalo".
After a couple of those, I dont care it I got anything, seen anything, or am doing anything in the morning....I just feel warm and fuzzy all over. ;)
Love me some buffalo trace.
