I have worked 4-10's for the better part of 25 years. I love it and never get tired of it. Three day weekends are great and it is easy to throw in a day here and there and have a four day which is even better.

My son works the rotating 4-10 schedule and loves it. The long weekend is great and Monday off is a bonus...he has the lake, bay or woods all to himself.

I work a regular 4-10 schedule 5am-3pm M-T, off F-S. I wouldn't want another schedule. Just having a 3 day weekend feels a lot nicer. The extra day every other weekend would be hard to pass up.
