All new custom metal work by Jim Wisner including his own manufactured 3 position WIN MOD 70 type safety, Wisner straddle trigger bow release bottom metal, bottom metal holds four rounds with the ability to top load a fifth round into the chamber for a total of 5 Rounds of fire power. New Timney Mauser trigger, CM custom contoured Douglas barrel. Tops of custom banded front and rear sights and bolt release pad metal checkered/stippled. High condition factory FN Deluxe Classic stock with cheek piece , rear inletted swivel base, in a semi fancy piece of French walnut. Stock reinforced and bedded by Jim Wisner including the bedding of a second recoil lug on the rear banded sight base for strength. Red Pachmayr 752 1” Decelerator recoil pad to the uncut stock for a 14 3/8” L.O.P.. Action receiver top fitted with custom made Talley scope bases by Jim Wisner. Custom front and rear banded sight bases made by Jim Wisner. NECG Express rear sights and NECG Red Fiber Optic front sight bead. New custom bolt handle with two panel checkering. Working rifle designed to be used. Built by one of the top and most accomplished metal smiths and gun builders in the ACGG. This rifle is designed as a classic all around .375 H&H with a 25” barrel preferred by many for the balance and lesser muzzle blast than with the 20-23” barrels. Pretty hard to find a rifle built like this gun with the pedigree and all of the custom details including the very desirable FN C Ring action built by a master metal smith. All barrel lettering hand engraved by Roger Kehr.
