This rifle is in excellent/ essentially new condition. The only rounds through the rifle were by Cooper Firearms, during their accuracy testing. See picture of test target below. Upgrades to the rifle were made shortly after purchase. These upgrades include; Cerakoting by Eddie at Fosnaugh Customs and the installation of a Seekins Precision SRS rail with sling swivel mount. Along with Vais Arms threading the barrel 5/8x24, for one of their muzzle brakes. The rifle has been stored in its shipping box, since the time of purchase. If you were to build the same rifle the costs would be as follows.

$2,200 - base rifle - Cooper Firearms Model 52 Excalibur, .375 H&H
$600 - Cerakote rifle, scope bases & rings
$120 - Vais Arms muzzle break
$25 - SRS rail picatinny rail w/ sling swivel

$2,945 - TOTAL cost
$2,100 - Selling price for the rifle. I will cover shipping.

Would you take $1800 for it?
May just be me, but IMHO, it's very poor form to post something like this. If you would like to negotiate a price with the seller it should probably be done in private via messages, email, or heaven forbid...actually speak to someone :)

Man i don't care who ya are, this is just a cool rifle! If Texas had an open season on T-rex's. This would be mine! GLWS!

Being from Alaska....Would you consider this rifle to be acceptable for a once in a lifetime brown bear hunt? I had a lightweight Cooper in 300 WM and it was a fierce rifle to fire from the bench. Recoil was beyond tolerable with that light of weight. Thanks
