H4831sc should get you around 2800fps
H100V will be another good powder for 190gr+ bullets
H4350 for the 165-180grs
Also Superformace works great with 180's and give you 75-100fps more than H4350

you'll be hard up to get 2700fps with the 208's in a 20" with 4831 im thinking
I agree. I'm guessing ill need to go to hybrid 100v. I've got 8lbs of imr4831 though and I may rebarrel this rifle in the next year so I'll probably run it with imr4831 anyway. I'll keep shots well under 800 most likely anyhow.

I used to think that 4831 and H100 would get me better speeds over say 4350, but in my case results were as much as 75-100 fps faster using 4350 over the slower powders including 4831.

I dismissed 4350 at first thinking slower powders would be the ticket with 200 gr plus pills, but after lots of tests, 4350 was the best I found for my rifle, not to mention best speeds by a good margin.

Im just starting load development on a similar project so I can give you the little info I’ve got so far. I have a Tikka 300wsm with a 22” proof sendero 1-10 twist barrel.
I shot a basic ladder to find max pressure with h4350, Norma brass fed 215 match primers 208 eldm bullets OAL 3.160”
59gr - 2672
59.5 - 2680
60 - 2694
60.5 - 2733
61 - 2721
61.5 - chrono error
62 - 2805 (felt bolt lift increase)
No other pressure signs were observed

That’s all I have so far not much to go on 😂
I have a 21 inch factory tikka barrel nosler brass 208eldm getting 2800 with 59.6g no bolt lift untill about 61.5 at 2880. I am using br2 primers. I have heard LR primers are the way to go with wsm just some food for thought. Also 3.160 seems long do you know how far off your lands you are?

24” tikka 200.20x and H1000 (72.5gr) at 2875. The barrel probably only has 35-40yds down it so velocity’s not super stable yet. I opened up the freebore to gain about another .080”. 4831 made me feel like I was leaving velocity on the table
