Archer hunter who is not a gun expert but wants to shoot to 400 yards max. My advice is that stuff dies easy when shot with a 30/06, 270 win, 308, 280 Remington, and yes, even a 6.5 Creedmoor. I'd strongly suggest the following for a setup that would not cause you to have a terrible flinch, have cheaper ammo(equals more practice hopefully) and allows you to kill big game to 400 yards.

Comes with rings, buy whatever scope you want. Belted mags are overrated for new shooters. Good luck.
