223 Ackley Powder

Just got done building a ULUL 223 Ackley and want to try some 95 gr Sierra BTHP and was wondering if some one might share with me the best powder to try Thanks

XBR 8208 would be good I think? I'm about to spin on my carbon six 223AI prefit after hunting season ends here in as few weeks.

Varget, N540 might also work.

No personal experience but I've seen Varget, H4895, 8208 XBR, CFE223, and N140 recommended on other forums. Hard to say which one would be best in your barrel.

I have not used the 95’s but RL15 was my go to powder until I tried lever. Now that’s what I use. That’s with 75’s though. I also use lever in regular 223 with 88’s.

Ar2206h has been the go to for me using weights from 55-88gr. Velocity and ES is always good.
