Thank you for posting. I too failed to make the best decisions over the holiday weekend. I let myself have a few beers (maybe 12) and it seems to have put me about 2 weeks behind. I’ve got to do better on my dietary accountability if I’m going to get under 200.WEEKENDS COUNT!
I had my best week of exercise/training yet, and my best week of dieting EXCEPT for the long July 4th weekend. I think the nail in the coffin was taking the little one to see Toy Story 5 and getting a big thing of popcorn and a large coke...thought I could offset it by using it as a full meal that day lol. WRONG. Still think I lost fat and gained muscle, but man I want to break 200!

Down 2 more this week. Since May 18th, now down 20 lbs. Incudes two wedding weekends including my daughter's. Plan is to drop at 10 more, probably 15 by the middle of September. Will see whether I want to drop any more. Three elk hunts almost back to back to back.
