2026 Weight Loss Thread

Life change in 2023. Gave up alcohol, no drink since 1/1/23. Started at 315. Dropped and held until last year. Drawn for elk tag for Kentucky Bull in September and down 25 lbs since 5/15/26. At 60, it comes off differently. Want to be 240'ish.
