I think folks are still going to be disappointed with the draw odds, i don't know anyone it deterred.

The draw odds are going to suck as expected so no disappointment here.

Could be worse lol. CO takes two months for results. Not sure what QA/QC is being completed or if they really like dangling the carrot.

Why? It's an outside company that conducts the draw. Same company that all the states use. IDFG has nothing to do with that end of it.
