Why? It's an outside company that conducts the draw. Same company that all the states use. IDFG has nothing to do with that end of it.

I would honestly travel to Idaho to smack a wolf considering they are off limits in my home state…

Or South Dakota, draw results were out within hours of the application window closing this past year. Think it closed at midnight this and I had my results by noon that same day.

I wish every state ran their draws like NV, from the application process to results, by far the best experience.... could be because they don't have many tags to hand out though

Yea but that same outside company finally started cranking out results within 10 days or less of application windows closing, so why is IDFG ok with it taking a month again

With the deadline to claim a tag being the 20th, I was hopeful they would give us two weeks to pay for the tag. However, given how “efficient” Idaho’s system and processes have been up to this point, I don’t know why I’m surprised or why I was any more hopeful than in years past.

Can’t say I’m surprised by the delay. It’s probably the same company that sold the tags the last few years. Why should we expect anything but a cluster.
