Rolling hills and that area, not typical Midwest AG.

Unless he changes it up somehow from what was in the 1 day matches, pretty much every stage is from the side of a hill shooting in the downhill direction into or across a little valley.

I was assuming it would be like the ND match which it sounds like it is from a terrain perspective.

These are definitely confidence boosting matches compared to the ones out west with steeper terrain.

Yea I wouldn’t put it up there with mountain shooting but it’s not a square range match. Somewhere in between. WI in that area is similar, rolling hills, no idea where they are holding that match though.

Anybody planning on going to the Baker City match?

Thinking I’ll give it a whirl as my first time with my 6.5 PRC since I just rebarelled my 6.5CM to 6CM.

I'm going to try to make the Baker City match this year as well as Madras.

Are the one day matches posted somewhere? I’m planning to try Bartlesville in skills division but would also (or instead) like to shoot a one day match.

It doesn't look like they have updated for 2025 yet.
The website needs a revamp.

For anyone going to the CA matches from out of state, what do you do about running suppressed? I really hate the idea of putting a muzzle break on. I know it's not legal for everyone, but what if you are a FFL/SOT...? Would that make a difference?

Anyone know anymore about the one day events? Are they put on by local clubs or groups or by NRL?

They are put on by local clubs, and are more of an intro to nrl matches. Typically very laid back since there is no prize table walk. Similar stages, but not near as blind or as physical (held in a much smaller area). At least that’s how the Idaho 1 day matches have been in my experience.

They are only hosting one 2-day match in OK this year. I hope they add one or two of these 1-day matches in place of the match they dropped but I haven't seen anything suggesting they are.

Anybody planning on shooting the Coleman’s Creek match? That’s only a couple of hours from me.

Saw PRS made a 12(?)# 6.5 creedmoor class now too.
13# i think. And a suppressor class. Not sure why they made it 6.5 creed only though. That’s sure limiting. 13# 6.5 creed is a significant disadvantage to a 25 lb 6 dasher so it’ll be interesting to see the score differences. I personally would have been fine with a 16# limit and a suppressor class. Packing around a 25lb boat anchor gets old, so do muzzle brakes.
