At your draw length, how did you feel about the difference in draw cycle?

The 33 felt easier for sure. Just super linear and smooth into the back wall. Both felt locked into the back wall as good as any bow I've shot.

For comparison, I shoot a Revolt X in performance, which some think is harsh, but I like it.

The 29.5 I would have to get used to the sharper string angle.
The 33 was super comfortable and provided a similar anchor to my Revolt X.

I mainly looking for a whitetail special this year, so I went in leaning 29.5. No I'm not sure. My Goldilocks, as always, would be 31.5-32".

I still want to shoot PSE Mach 30 and Mach 33 before I buy.

I need to go try and shoot one.
I’m a 27.5 draw and want to see which feels better.
Probably leaning towards the 29 model. It would to take it elk hunting.

I decided to purchase the new 2025 lift x 29.5. 28.5 draw length 60lbs weight. The tuning feature is super easy to adjust. I test shot the Hoyt alpha x at the same time. The Hoyt has a smoother draw cycle but doesn’t compare to the weight and sound level of the Mathews lift x. Significantly quieter. Overall very happy I decided to go with Mathews over hoyt

I got the Lift X 29.5 as well and also shot the Hoyt’s and to me the Hoyt’s where way stiffer on the draw and my Lifts at 80 pounds 29 inches. Crazy how different folks feel something different from the same bows… yes the tuning is much easier now vs the top hats. Nothing wrong with top hats they work great and once set they don’t move or fail let’s up the Limb Shift dies the same

It won’t last long. That’s a hand grenade. I was testing one just to get a feel vs my new semi custom era. And the thing was splintering with tags still on it.. that being said the elites still feel the best imo.

Got over a thousand shots on my lift X at 82 pounds and the limbs are fine. Let’s hope it stays that way. I also like the way the elites feel but all the ones I’ve seen or shot where slower speed comes at a cost no matter the bow imo
