500 hp vs 475 hp and 1200 ft.lbs vs 1050 ft.lbsI've built a handful online. There is really a difference between 6.7 and 6.7 HO? Shows $10,300 vs $12,500 price difference

CP4 disco party. Wanna have disco party, all your injectors invited.
I drive a Cummins now, but my 16 power stroke was a bad machine, I really liked it and it was trouble free. Got the Mega cab for the hounds. Sure wish Ford made one. Mine was the last year before Aluminum was not tinney at all. And I live on a bumpy dirt road LOL.I had a 2021 F350 with the 6.7L, I was the second owner, the first owner used it for his hot shot business, so it lived its first 100K with a gooseneck attached to it. He did next to zero maintenance on it, as was evident when I went and had all the proper maintenance done to it. The shop said everything was still all good and nothing to be worried about but it was certainly a good thing I got it done. I had a S&S disaster prevention kit installed for the awesome CP4 when it grenades (not an if, but when with them), and what I would highly recommend having one installed as well.
Overall, it was a great truck/motor and I’ve got ZERO complaints about it and would argue til I’m blue in the face with all the Cummins fan boys out there that the current generation of 6.7L will run as long or longer than a Cummins…yeah, yeah, it’s personal opinion based on research I’ve done, so no need to come at me like a keyboard spider monkey cuz you think Cummins is the best.
I would not hesitate to go out tomorrow and buy another one, every motor is gonna have its quirks and issues. Gonna have horror stories and stories where the guy put 250K on it before he did anything to it, just have to base it on what gives you the warm fuzzies.
I wish they had a long box version for the mega cab, it’d be a real long truck but I bet there’s enough of a market for them to make it worth their time. I don’t know the length requirements, if there are any, for vehicles that aren’t used in commercial purposes. I do like the looks and idea of the mega cab.I drive a Cummins now, but my 16 power stroke was a bad machine, I really liked it and it was trouble free. Got the Mega cab for the hounds. You’ll enjoy the better turn radius as wellWe’ve used a 2004 Powerstroke 6.0 that is bulletproofed to haul our heavy camper all over the place for 21 years. We’ve had no abnormal problems. We ordered a 25 F450, non HO, that should be here in late April and hope it is as problem free as the old truck. Having the 450 to haul that heavy camper should be a huge improvement.
