2024 British Columbia Buck!

Unfortunately I forgot the back straps in my garage fridge and then went off to work for a week. Does anyone reckon they will be OK aged that long? They've developed a tough-ish dark exterior but no smell or slime.

2024 MT buck. First mule deer in MT. Took my 10 year old son out this afternoon and thought this buck looked good enough. The 7 SAUM eats again!
