I had to laugh at the ID G&F email telling folks the portal will be busy, website will be slow and wait times will be long.

That is code for “ we haven’t changed a single thing with website. We have a long term contract with Billy Bob’s Budget IT and Carwash”. We have sent extra emails warning NR’s and we have our apology emails and press releases ready to go.

No idea on cost, have to assume Brandt is the cheapest option since they keep using them and yet keep having the same problems. Going to a draw won’t happen because outfitters won’t be able to get their tags.

I love that this is a disaster every year, and Idaho does nothing to adjust.

2021 -> I had a good number and had the tag in my cart, but was unable to check out. I watched for an hour until the tag sold out. After calling/emailing many times with images and screen recordings of the problem, I received a call and they said "We are sorry, we will work on that. There is nothing we can do"

2022 -> I tried to sign in 20 minutes early and was unable to get in until 10:00am MST throwing me to the back of the line.

Such a joke... They should move this to a traditional draw.

Not without logging in and checking the purchase options. They don't update the tag quota page in real time.
