I’m new here to the forum and just getting started with western hunting. I drew my first tag for an antelope back in 2023 and was able to get on a buck on public land in south east Colorado. I wasn’t sure about antelope hunting and saw it as a starting point for me since I’m an out of state hunter (live in Texas). After this hunt I’m hooked will definitely be devoting a lot of time and money chasing them in the future.

Stick to fence crossings, water and decoys help a lot. Closing the last 1-200 yards for a bow shot seems like it would be really tough. Unless there’s some decent terrain change where you’re going I’d try to set up and let them come to you. Good luck
