What unit did you hunt?

Shot this one at 6 yards with the longbow. Sitka spruce arrow and a 145 grain ACE standard. Down in 20 yards

First bear was a western WA sow, a little over 5 mile pack out. All black with a brown muzzle, she taped out at 5’2”. Couldn’t be happier or more pleased with her, she’s a beaut!

MN fall bear, first tag, first bear. Learned a lot, can't wait to go again.

My first bear. My wife spotted him on day 3 just over a mile away in another drainage. After struggling to find the elk for 4 days we switched to hunting this boar on day 5, found him last hour of the last day of the hunt. 240 yards, went 30 yards after one shot from my 7mmRM. He measured 6'1", can't wait to hear back from fish and game to find out how old he was. Chorizo, mole shanks, italian sausage, breakfast sausage, burger, roasts and 2 gallons of grease.

Got a great bear here in OR for the fall season. He has perfect jet black hair, with four white blazes on his chest.
Just pretty all around hide, I couldn't resist skinning him out for a half mount.

PNW alpine bear. Caught this sow in the blueberries, so for blueberry conservation I did my part at 576yds.

My Montana spot and stalk bear from May and my Saskatchewan bear from June. My Montana bear was a scrapper with his ears all torn up and a missing eye. My Canada bear has been shot 3 different times with a shotgun. We found lead pellets from a dove load, steel BB’s and 2 pieces of buckshot in him.

Fall grizzly from Alaska squared out a hair over 7’. 250#’s of meat in the freezer and 50#’s of Fat for rendering.
