2021 blacktail bucks

My 16 year old son’s buck. This was the only day he’s had to hunt all season. Spotted this guy bedded in the bottom of a unit after hiking in behind a gate.

Last day of the season buck! Was watching a doe bedded down in the sun after the recent storm and out he came. My biggest Oregon coastal blacktail yet!

My 2021 Ca b zone buck. Set a goal of really wanting a 140” deer this year but couldn’t hold out any longer when I saw how old this deer looked. The most worn teeth of any blacktail I’ve ever shot

.338wm. Ruger M77. Use it 90% of time on hunts even though I own lots of great calibers. It's not my most accurate or lightest, but it's like my bird shotgun. An extension of my arm.
