Northwest Montana white tail, taken in a 2015 burn scar up the South Fork of the Flathead River. Terrible blowdown and pine regen, but well worth the bushwhack and pack out.

Heres my 2021 Alberta whitetail. I have some history with this deer and quite a few trail cam pictures.
This is an honest 300lb whitetail. Hes a giant. Score doesnt do him any justice. Hes a big old bush buck.

***Edit. I deleted the trail camera picture, I honestly dont believe this picture is the quality it will take to win but another member brought it to my attention I may not qualify with the trail cam pic on here. So its gone, sorry admins***

I should have weighed him. Im kicking myself now for not.
I killed one in the same area quite a few years back that weighed 242lbs with no guts, and I am very confident this deer is all of that and most likely more.

I think shooting a deer so big I have to buy a camera might be a new goal haha. Congrats on an awesome deer!

Took this guy 11/14/21 in the first snow storm of the year. Roughly a 10 yard shot with a 50 yard recovery. Wisconsin public land. Last day I would have been able to hunt before the orange army invades. Congrats to everyone so far and good luck to more!

Hard to explain the respect I have for giants that live in the big woods. Deer are measured in more important ways than inches and pounds but this deer deserves credit for growing this large.
