On the evening of October 1st, 2020 after two years of game cam pictures, I finally got to see my target buck ”in person”, and he turned out to be bigger than I thought. He came in at last light and presented a quartering away shot at 29 yards, and due to other deer hanging around, I stayed in the stand for over an hour before looking for my buck. Fortunately, it wasn’t a long track. He was down within 45 yards of where he was hit. He is my best buck to date....19 points, 183” gross and 280 lbs live weight.
