View attachment 215672Lost 3 days of hunting to the storm, but partner pulled it off late in the game. Epic battles with weather, no bugles, sleeping in truck because we couldn't get back to camp, etc. Definitely one for the books!

Crazy seeing that much snow in early September.

I grew it as a joke during quarantine. Then I drew my LE bull tag with one point, where guaranteed draw is something like 12 points. So I figured it was lucky and I better keep it to ensure I filled my tag. It worked. Now I guess I could shave it, but now its just a part of me.

First elk. Harvested 9-18-20 new mexico. Double lung and went 30 yards.

Gotta love when the mountain is soo steep you have to wedge them in a tree to get a decent picture. Anybody else feel like elk die in the steepest places they can find?? Idaho bull killed 9/16.

I am entering this one for my mom. She killed this bull Saturday morning, day 8 of hunting. I had an awesome week hunting elk and riding mules and spending time with my parents.
