Check out Leupold. I have been looking at their VX6 line, specifically the ZL (zero lock) models. Currently they only allow one revolution of the elevation turret but I heard that may be changing while still offering the Zero Lock. Thanks.

It doesn't appear you can get more than one rev with zero lock still
