I'm intrigued. This might be what I have been waiting for, but I don't have the time to watch 10 videos. Ive wanted Crew Cab like functionality (load sling for packing meat) without excess weight and some functional shoulder lift. Can someone please summarize with specs? Is this what I have been searching for?

Like always, you can call me.

2lbs

Goes on 24 or 26" bikini or duplex

$244

Zipper pockets fit any spotter

Slot pockets fit 4 liter bladder

if your like me and a million compartments/components on a pack just drive you nuts then yeah the timbelines going to suit you better. thats actually what attracted me to kifaru in the first place was the simplicity. but this looks alike a great system and good for kifaru expanding the horizons of what hey offer. and great for the consumer to have options to fit individual needs. thats how you stay relevant

Buff,

You can strip this down sleeker than a timberline.

The more I watch it just keeps growing and growing on me :). Can't see the Highcamp going away but can see this as a future addition.

Dang... Just bought a mystery ranch, stone glacier, and HPG pack. But I've been a huge batwing style pack proponent for years... Dammit Aron! You got me on this one... Jumping into kifaru with both feet now!

Just so I am clear this will need to be mounted onto a bikini or duplex frame for the functionality shown in the videos? If so what would the total system cost woth the frame.? Looks like it's exactly what i've been looking for!

Depends on what frame you choose, but somewhere between $580 and$620

Well damn aron. You guys outdid yourself! You built exactly the system I've been hoping for. I'll be ordering as soon as they are available. Thank god for the new paypal (stealth mode) payment option!

So I can see some applications for this pack instead of the timberline, but are there instances where the reverse would be better?

This pack isn't going to replace my T1 bag but it will definitely fill many roles that thd t1 can't. Between the nomad and T1 my bases are going to be completely covered.

I probably should order two. That way littlebuf can try one out and it will be a good backup for when Brock's pack breaks this year.
