My 14 year old was virtually inedible. She'd also been hit by cars a few times over the years and could only walk about 50 yards at a time before needing to lay down. It was a mercy kill more than anything.

She wasn’t albino, she was just so old her brown fur turned white lol.
Really cool though killing a albino deer. Congratulations

A piece of jawbone with teeth, if the state Fish & Game agency does aging. Some may even do aging with just a picture rather than a sample.

Check your hunting regulations guide to see if your state, or one of the universities in your state does aging studies.

Per the GON story this deers front teeth were sent off to a lab to be aged...I am guessing there were no back teeth...
