18650 Battery Compatibility

So I really like having compatibility between different gear items. I was looking for a a head lamp that has a 18650 battery that is compatible with my Surefire weapons light. Peax has the same flush positive end but the Surefire battery is a 3.6 Volt, 3500 mAh, 12.6 wH battery. Peax is 3.7 Volt, 3600 mAh, and 12.9 Wh. Would they still be interchangeable?

Should be fine. Only gets weird when it is button top vs flat top.
