140 or 147 ELD-M in 6.5 Creedmoor?

Loaded up some 140 grain ELD-Ms 20 thousandths off the lands with 42.0 grains H4350 and Alpha Munitions SRP brass.

Tikka CTR did well in a 25 mph head wind at 600 yards.

Bumping this one back up.

I’ve got 2 handloads that are sub minute: 140 and 147 ELDM. The 140 ELDM load is at a lower speed node, but is spooky precise and has a low SD/ES (2628 FPS 20” barrel).

I can’t tell an appreciable difference at any range between the 140 and 147.

From what I’m reading, the 140 ELDM can expand at lower velocities than the 147 and per the poll, appears to be more popular.

You sure sound like you have more conviction describing the 140 load.
