i'd say you're up against that 140" mark just from looking at it.

I shot this one last year and put a tape to it myself. My buddy says I've left inches on the table with it, but I got 134"

Now that's an 8 point, would never see a buck like that here on Public lands in PA. I'm guessing he's from Kansas, Iowa or Canada? Great Buck!
Limbhanger, I’ve video of one in public in Pa that is likely a 150-160” 8. It’s insane and easily the biggest Buck I’ve bumped into. He was crossing off a sanctuary so no telling if he just stays in there. I was tracking a buddies deer and had already tag a very nice 9 pt.

I live along a huntable park. In the last 3-4 years I’ve seen a 14 pt typical that got killed in rifle, a 147” 12 a local kid got the first week of archery that year, and a 135” 10 along with dozens of other great ones. I think a big part like any state is location more than public vs. private. Shoot me a pm and I’ll gladly send you the short video of that monster. I walked up on it in my dress shoes 3x in 15 mins. I don’t have access to that patch and I’ve been more after over fed bears lately anyhow.

Helps you can’t hunt near our houses so I scout driving to market or in my yard. Get a look at almost every buck here that way. Sort of a unique place that concentrates them given the River wraps it. That huge buck was a few towns away.

140” 8 takes width, mass, symmetry, and tine length and it looks like you have all of those. I think he will make 140” unless there are some deductions and I have one on the wall mid 140’s
