That is there way to get out of selling the cooler for whatever reason.

I had this happen when an ebike was listed (on here, I think) and they gave all kinds of excuses for it not arriving. I chatted CS and got them to issue me a $30 AMZN credit.

You should be able to get a $10 or $15 credit.
