I was wondering what everyone thinks about the 115 DTAC as an all game bullet. I have seen it was highly recommended for elk. I am starting to see some mule deer and antelope pics. I was wondering if I could load it in my 6 Creedmoor and use it for everything including black bear? What are your guys thoughts?

Short answer; yes, you can use it for everything you may want to hunt, up to, and including, giraffe.

Would the deep cut nosering be the way to go if your wanting to use if for everything?

I have a 6XC and I shoot the standard nosering dtac’s. I only have 1 mule deer and a DBH for comparison but they perform well on both animals.

That's good to know. I have been seeing more posts from guys on here who are using them. I have wondered how they would perform on sub 100 yards shots on deer and bears. I thought I read they don't start fragmenting rapidly, but I may be getting that mixed up with another bullet.
