Since you're asking about the 1k price range, I'm assuming you meant Meopta MeoSTAR (or Meopro Air?), Kowa genesis, and Zeiss conquest HD. All good options and comes down to personal preference. Personally I would save another few hundred and look for a well taken care of "alpha" of yesteryear like the Leica Ultravid HD, Zeiss victory FL/victory HT, or Swarovski SLC, but if you want new the Meopta Meostar gets my vote.

I can only comment on Meopro vs Lieca. Personal preference to the Meopro, not much difference to my eye. Meopta has a good Mil program if that applies to you.
