I thought I'd share a positive experience I had with Viridian laser. I received a pistol that had one of their lasers on it in a trade deal. The laser did not come with a battery so I bought one, went to the range and sighted it in. Problem was, it wouldn't hold zero. I called Viridian, told them I had a used laser that wasn't holding zero and they gave me an RMA # to send it back. I pulled the battery, put it in the original box, and shipped it back. I received an email they received it and was expecting a call but two days later I received an email that it was being shipped back. When I received it, it appears they had completely replaced all of the internals, plus gave me two new batteries. I was very surprised as I was willing and expecting to pay for repairs but they took care of me, no questions asked.
