1/2x28 to 5/8 Adpater

Has anyone see any negative affects of accuracy from using an adapter? My tikka ranch came with 1/2x28. I dont have a suppressor that will fit

I had our machinist make me an adapter. You don’t need anything fancy. I’ve seen folks use and like the Hughes Precison units.

People will tell you it’s stacking tolerances and yada yada yada but it’s fine. Spend $15, glue it on, and be done with it.

You glue your adapter on? I just torque it down a little and it stays put.

I always rockset them on and torque to hell, yeah.

I use rocksett and torque it to 30ish ft lbs to secure the thread adapter
