150g Accubond or 150G TTSX??
I went with a 150g Accubond loaded by Choice Ammo. It clocked in at 2750. Didn't get a shot on any bulls. Got close, but no cigar. My dad took one just under 100yds with his 270 pushing a 130g Core-lokt. Dropped it in its tracks. Perfect expansion through the heart. Found bullet in hide opposite... -

UPDATE: I ordered some 150 Accubond's from Choice Ammunition out of Montana. The 150's are rolling at 2770fps out of my 16" .308, way sub-MOA. A big shout out to them for making a heck of a round that outruns and out shoots the factory rounds, which by the way are pretty darn good. I think I... -

Suppressor 300wsm
Ordered the Scythe Friday. We'll see how long it'll take... Going to try it out on a 16" 308. Current setup is a YHM. Good can but very heavy compared to the scythe. Looking forward to chrono various factory loads through the 20" ridgeline upon its arrival too. I'll post up the results. -

Chronograph Ruger GSR and Buffalo Bore Supercharged .308 150 gr
I did in a 16" Rem 700. 2713 3 round average in the Buffalo Bore Federal trophy copper 150's averaged 2710. Really thought the Buffalo Bore would be faster... -

Sorry for the confusion. My build will consist of 16" - 18" worth of barrel and then the baffle stack. It'll end up about the same OAL as a stock 22-24" rifle, perhaps even a bit shorter. However, it will be suppressed, have foldable stock, and should weigh no more than 7lbs. -

I agree with your assessment on the PRC. I'm shopping for super short, suppressed mountain rifle, capable of harvesting Elk at 400-500 yards. The SWS folding "MISB XLR HUNTER" is what I'm going with, just can't determine which caliber is best for this build. It seems .300 WSM, 6.5 PRC and 7 PRC... -
