    Body Weight vs Draw Weight

Ha thankfully I grow muscles just fine with a normal heavy meat diet. No protein powder needed.

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

I technically could do something similar, however, the rifle was like $550 new ($80 to fix) and the shotgun was $450 so, it's not worth making a claim for something that's under the deductible and then paying more in premiums.

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

Well, new update. I ordered an AR 10 and am assembling it today. I was planning on switching to one anyway. It just came earlier than expected. Ruger said they'll replace the barrel on the original rifle for $80. When I don't flinch while shooting the savage axis, I can shoot just under MOA with...

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

That's crazy impressive your gun Smith could do that. Did he tell you how?

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

Well, I think I'm taking it to my gun Smith. If he can chop it to 16" then I'll go that route since it's dedicated suppressed. Otherwise, looks like I'm starting on my AR 10 hunting build early.

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

No real reason other than I'm not a good enough shooter lol. The trigger is the really old heavy one. I polished it and replaced springs already but I still yank it pretty often. TBH, the biggest reason is I flinch in fear of recoil. It's chambered in .30-06 and kicks the ever living daylights...

I emailed them. We'll see what they say but my hopes are low

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

I actually already have a savage axis. I'm just good at shooting it lol. However, I can at least make it a 100 yard gun

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

Same, today or yesterday should've been my funeral. Kind of a sobering thought lol.

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

I tried that, they don't cover personal belongings but they did cover all my medical bills.

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

At least 2 rollovers maybe 3. Both guns were inside and got damaged as a result.

If youre rifle barrel were bent......

Well, long story short, I had a very unfortunate accident and one of my shotguns literally broke in half and my Roger American go wild 6.5 creed barrel is bent. I initially thought it was the scope mounts and shot the gun already but it actually is the barrel. My best guess is its ~1/4" to the...

    Lightweight ruger american stock upgrade

Well ladies and gents, here's my results. I decided to try the old epoxy in the fore end trick. Before doing so, my stock weighed 1lb 10.2 Oz. After doing so, my stock weighed 1lb 10.1 Oz. Lol, I didn't invent some new weightloss routine even thoigh it would mean a life fortune for me...

Switching from pickup to jeep wrangler

I've had a wrangler my whole life. I'll be buying a truck from now on. The amount of time a truck bed would be useful is absurd. It sounds like you've thought about trailers which is good.

    Bad taxidermy or high expectations?

Well folks, taxidermist responded and said the ears are normal for them. If anyone knows any good southern idaho taxidermist let me know. Obviously I'm looking for something new for this season lol.

    Bad taxidermy or high expectations?

Hahahahahah yeah, this deer was not the greatest deer I've ever seen. In fact, I thought it was a spike when I shot it. Unfortunately, the wife who said she'd never have animals hanging in her house decided it looked cute.

    Bad taxidermy or high expectations?

Thanks for the input. None of my friends have mounts so I was getting input from folks online. I wish I could've seen some work before hand. Everything in their shop looks phenomenal but that's stuff they want to show off not they're normal. Fun fact, I looked on their website and they are now...

    Bad taxidermy or high expectations?

If anyone knows how to fix the parts of the ears missing hair let me know. Im.hopping the taxidermist is willing to try and fix them. Everything else about the mount I'm willing to live with. I was thinking I might just try cutting some hair off of this year's deer and gluing it in place...

    Bad taxidermy or high expectations?

Interesting, how would you know that? I looked at the seam a bit more in the back after everyone commented and found out that it was even rougher than expected. There was parts that had some sort of brown putty or clay out over the seam under the hair to try and make it look less bad.
