It's a totally reasonable thing to do. I'd recommend the big ~23 quart Presto canner too. The one bit of advice I have is to only buy Ball and Kerr jars and lids. I've had really bad luck using some of the cheaper lids including a memorable instance when all 11 Pur brand lids failed to seal...
Wolves are delisted in the eastern half of WA as well. The boundary that is used is highway 97. WDFW is in the midst of attempting to remove their state listing as well. Lawsuits pending of course.
Mid winter I'm typically skiing on a set of DPS Lotus 124s that are the light touring version with some Dynafit Superlite 2.0s for bindings. These things float like mad and are decently composed in firmer snow. If you ski a lot mid winter I can not recommend a set of light 120mm+ skis enough...
I just had a rand repair done under warranty by Gary. I doubt my boots were in his shop for longer than 24 hours before they were in their way back to me. I got them back so quickly I assumed that there was a shipping error and my package had been returned to sender!
Ha, I could see how you think that's black mold or something similar. I didn't get it together this winter but I am very likely going to own a set of Hoffman pacs for winter cougar hunting next year. I'm sick of cold toes!!
Man I just got a set of these for my wife as an Xmas present and she is happy as can be with them. I wish I'd seen this a few months ago and saved 40 bucks!
Man you are missing out. I'm sure it depends on where you are hunting but bears are very frequently eating some amount of berries all the way into October. I've only killed bears in the fall but so far I'm 100% on taking the delicious meat and 0% on taking hides home.
I'd do neither. A neighbor with a killer garden is the last of my neighbors that I'd like to piss off. If I was in your neighbors shoes and got approached by someone looking to resell what I was growing I'd stop selling to them.
Your plan sounds like something that was cooked up by someone that...
This was shot with my T1x at 200 yards. I hadn't used Ballistic X before and could have taken a much better photo. I'm quite pleased with the numbers and am going to make some scope adjustments and get a lot more practice off of my pack and trekking poles.
