I have the same sight. Zero rattle. When I am trying to hunt down what's loose, I hold the bow in one hand and bump the bow with the bottom of my other fist. I just tap around until I can track down what's loose. Could be a loose fiber on a pin.

I exclusively use tablets. I don't even bother with the neutralizing tablets. The taste/color does not bother me.
