Just because that is a good limiter of pace, I've jogged my trail yesterday only breathing through my nose.
I know these Garmins are not precise, but mine has seemed to hold...
Had to put some tires and brakes on my truck and trailer today. 4 hrs of fun in the sun, 91% humidity, and 86* when I finished. Kept my heart rate above 110 the entire time.
Then 2 miles and 500' before dark hoping to roost a turkey. The excercise was productive
Got pretty cold during my run in Lyman Tuesday and have felt pretty crappy since.
Got home early this morning and started on some medicine. Felt good enough tonight to hit the gym again.
