    Also, I think people buy them because they think they want a "cool" kifaru pack and then realize they don't need a $$$$ backpack to hunt out of a tree stand or use it as much as they thought they would. Then they get put up in the classifieds. Disclaimer: I have more Kifaru packs than brains.

    Kifaru Hoodlum Question - Pouches & A Bow

    I used my hoodlum to pack out a coues last weekend. I am using a gun bearer on the back to hold the bottom cam but In an effor to run ultralight I am no running any rear pouches. I have one of the original hoodlums without the extra straps.

    As someone with terrible eyes I don't even go to the archery range without my binos. I can't imagine not hunting without them.

    I believe it’s a little of both but more mental than physical. You can be in the best shape of your life but if you don’t have the the mental drive to keep after it then your muscles arnt doing you any good.

    I found it means alot of different things to different people. For us, our dog primarily eats raw chicken with other various meats and vegetable as substitution. People freak out at first when they hear raw chicken/meat but its no different than what a wild coyote, bobcats, wolves, etc eats.

    Vortex Diamondback Quality for .22 Hunting

    I put a normal diamondback scope on a Savage .22 and wish I had gone with the rimfire version. For close shots the paralax like you mention is not ideal. I think you made a good choice.
