I have a Hawk saddle, have used it as it came for a couple years now. I am looking to upgrade my ropes to smaller diameter (to fit better into the pouch I keep them in) the ropes that come with it are really thick and just to much to try to keep managed. What has anybody switched to? I dont want...
Just out of curiosity, how did he get this buck? The orange hat and no camo has me assuming rifle, could be a hills any deer but thats a pretty long wait tag. Guess I don’t know what the res season is. Is there any other season open besides archery and hills rifle? Park?
Sarcocystis. The way it was explained to me is that its in prey animals and when they are consumed by predators its transfers to the predator. Mostly canine. Then dropped in scat, consumed on accident. Rinse lather repeat. Doesn't transfer to humans, but a good freeze is not a bad idea. I was...
Bull last year had this. I contacted every game biologist I could, within all the states where elk is a hunt able game, independently of each other. A solid deep freeze and a good cook and it’s good to go.

Its about trusting your equipment. Practice your whole set up from one step off the ground. Or your platform, whatever you are using. Slowly lean onto your seat where you can still grab your tree if you get nervous. Sit back in it a hand full of times until you are comfortable with that...
Some still do haha. But I hear what you are saying. That being said fur prices have been pretty terrible lately too. For predators and such. A lot of the traveling fur buyers haven’t even come around lately. I think there have been alot of good points made here. Decreasing land/people used to...
That is what I was saying when I started this. I don’t agree that it is dying. Numbers are on the rise everywhere. Just found it interesting people can say it is when there is so much evidence showing the contrary
