Thinking ahead to next year. Looking into Idaho otc archery. When you try to buy a license to you need to know what zone or is just an otc license good for all the otc zones?

Yes you need to pick the zone, but pick about 5 back up zones cuz it’s not really OTC, it’s more of a random draw kinda, maybe, not really

Have multiple areas you want. If you end up in the que and are number 13,000 your plan A could very easily be gone. And if you don’t know what (zone) or A or B tag is you could find yourself in a situation, and trying to figure it out on the fly in the 15-20 minutes allowed. With checkout. So like 10.

License is standard for the state. You have to pick a zone for the tag. Idaho has a limited non residents tags per zone. First come first serve on the non-resident tags for a specific zone.
