Not sure if you have space or a yard but planting some fruit trees can help offset the cost also. It will take a few years until they produce larger quantities but that’s not too bad.
Do you have a dehydrator? You can make your own apple chips, fruit roll ups and lots of other snacks also.
Count me in the group that doesn’t clean barrels. I used to clean rifles every 40-50 rounds but have since moved on to other things.
I bet my 6.5SAUM has 500+ rounds and only every had a few dry patches down the tube after some rainy hunts. Just shot it this weekend and still hold under MOA...

If you can’t find N570 or RL33 I’d pickup the LRT and see how it does. Or US869 if you can find that.
What brand brass are you using? Factory chamber/freebore?
+1 on running some JB bore paste down it also. I would shoot it as suggested by others.
Looks like an old Rem700. I’d take it out of the stock and give the trigger a flush out also.
Another tip is to drill out the seater stem especially if you are using VLD type bullets. Most of the time the stem is too shallow and the bullet tip touches the stem. Drill it out so the stem seats off the Ogive of the bullet.
Pretty sure the 2013 frame is a different design than the Icon Pro style and the bags attach much different son one of the new bags will work with your frame. Post a picture of your pack and we can tell for sure.
