What do you take to eat for a day hunt?

I must be the only one that takes the little cans of Vienna sausages. I dump out the juice and add hot sauce. And some gummy bears and more water than necessary.

7 PRC on Tikka T3 vs T3X

I am in a similar boat. I can buy a T3 stainless .243 for $600. My plan is to shoot it until I decide to rebarrel to a 22 creedmoor. At that price, is it worth it or would all you Tikka experts go for the T3x?

I’m shooting the 95gr SST but haven’t killed anything with them yet. Anyone have experience with the ELD-X? Seems like most other calibers have quite the following with their respective ELD-X offerings but, I don’t hear too much about it in the 6mm cartridges?

Need advice on first time caribou hunt.

I’ve done a fair bit of archery hunting. I wouldn’t mind one bit bringing my bow. Are the tags for either weapon? Or are they designated to one? I have always wanted a caribou so I figure this is a good opportunity with friends there. So tough hunting I can do…expensive is another story haha.
