    Caribou Trip - 2024

It was noticeable this year for sure. I met lots of people who had never hunted the haul road before. Usually it's a lot thinner up there. Now as soon as you spot an animal, 2 more trucks pull up behind you and 6 guys jump out and go running off on the tundra towards the herd.

    Haul road sept 19-25th.

Curious why specifically Sept 7th? I've seen it snow up there in every month of the year, but the 7th seems pretty specific. Any reason as to why?

Cell service improvements on haul road?

You get 5G reception at most of the pump stations and again a few miles out of Prudhoe on your way in. From Coldfoot to FBX, it's non existant. (I have AT&T, so not sure about Verizon or any other companies).

    July Haul Road Update

Sorry, our slope vehicles are from our parent company. When I was saying our "slope vehicles", I was referring to them. MY fleet (Alaska 4x4 Rentals) doesn't cater exclusively to the slope. We are all over Alaska from Homer to Prudhoe. Yes, we have rigs that go up there, but we don't have slope...
