I went with meopta b1 plus in 12x which should get real close to fitting your budget. I’m still able to hand hold them without any issue and just like everything else get 10 times better once mounted on a tripod.
I also have the attacks for warm weather I typically use FL corrugate as I get hot in the attacks. The corrugates do have a swish but are much cooler temp wise.
I just went to lodi archery today and had them set a up a bow for me and the service was outstanding. It was my first time going to a pro shop and I am very pleased.
I have a pair of Altra lone peaks and a pair of Lowa Tibets and fell like the toe boxes are very similar in that they have a lot of room for my feet to expand. That would be different for people with different width foot though I'm sure.
If you can afford it higher powered glass that will benefit you at home and in the west would make more sense to me rather than buying a spotter you won't be able to use at home. Good 15's on a tripod should let you know if something is a bull or not for sure.
Exo is supposed to be coming out with a women's specific pack soon. I have also seen them post that you could give them a call and they would work with you when it was further out from release. Not sure if that is still the case, but worth a try.
I have had many bags the SG is the best that I have ever had by far. It would be worth the money in my opinion assuming they have in a reasonable amount of time.
Have an old deuter and upgradef to the osprey. I think it's probably the best for kid carriers but nowhere near as comfortable as my SG. It doesn't help that the load never stops moving in the osprey but we've hauled all three kids in it and it's still going strong.
Another vote for liquid iv. Heads up on the drip drop that product is designed to pull you back once you've completely overworked yourself, but from my understanding loses effectiveness of used all the time. However it works wonders for hangovers.
I use a wider fitting mummy style bag all year long. During the warmer months I unzip it and use it as a quilt and adjust accordingly as the weather changes.
