Thread pattern for Tikka T3x Lite in .243?
The gunsmith I used to cut and thread mine said most factory barrels can only go 1/2, most are too thin to thread at 5/8. I would go with 1/2 DT. -

Bare Shaft Tuning Question…
At what yardage? And how much of a difference in angle of entry? At shorter distance if it is a drastically different angle of entry I have found there is probably something off. If it is at 20yds or more or just a small difference in angle then I would move on the BH tuning. -

Spine and shaft question/recommendations
I think you have plenty of speed with your DL so there is no need to drop the weight but trying new stuff is fun. A 300 with a 100gr head cut to 30.5 looks like it would work fine. -
Sleeping Pad - Stone Glacier?
$200 seems reasonable for a good pad. I have an Exped and it is great but about the same price as the Neoairs. Anything less than about a 4r rating and you will lose some of the temp rating out of your sleeping bag.- DB29

Long Draw Arrow Build...Off the charts! Literally
Putting your DW at 70 and IBO at 335 qspine shows you are weak. If you use the 16gr insert and cut down to 32in you are getting better. -

Yes, it is abnormal. If your bareshafts are grouping with FPs out to 40yds and have close to the same angle of entry, then I find BHs are very close to being in tune and it should only take minor rest adjustments to finish BH tuning. I have seen bareshafts “group” with FPs at 40yds but the... -

Pin size .1 or .19?
I prefer .010 for all my pins. I was worried they were too small when I first switched from .019 but I haven’t found any issue with not being able to see the .010 in low light. I do find a little difference between the look of the size of pins between different brands. Black gold pins look... -

New arrow setup
Substituting a 100gr BH for the 125gr would make it more stiff. Add weight to the front or leave the arrow longer to decrease the dynamic spine. -
Nock height adjustments in relation to rest height
If you are over 1/8th inch nock high and still need to go up I agree something else is off. Did you start with the arrow square to the string? How far apart were the BH and FP with the arrow square to the string?
