I guess since my cabin is in unit 6 I may as well put it up for sale… Appreciate the thread reminding me that I need the locking tag for unit 6!! Living & hunting the interior and not needing the tag made me completely forget that there are still units that require the locking tag. -

A bit of practice can smooth that out. In my opinion safest mode to have a round in the chamber. Least safe in my personal experience would be semi auto with a round in the chamber. Again, discussing my thoughts on back up gun for brown bear. -

Sitka blacktail meat vs moose
Have only had BT from Kodiak, and now is a freezer staple for the past 5 years. Really fantastic, you know if is wild game but is in no way gamey. Utilize burger, roasts, stew, and steak all great!
