    Hearing protection at the range

I’m wondering if custom ear plugs would give a better seal than foam…might be worth a shot

    Hearing protection at the range

I’m wondering what people are using at the range for hearing protection. What works best for you? I put foam plugs in and then muffs over. Even then, the noise from other shooters can seem a bit much at times. Maybe I just have sensitive ears, but I would like to keep them that way. The AR 15...

Thoughts on Ruger M77 Action Potential?

I had a gunsmith in Anchorage who after 40 years just retired. He had my m77 triggers worked over nice - 3lb pull and crisp. He thought they were good triggers - they just need a little love It’s too bad they changed that

Thoughts on Ruger M77 Action Potential?

My two rugers m77s (mark ii and Hawkeye) have been very good with factory barrels. Just wish they fit five rounds down like my m70s

    Suppressors

308 win and 30-06. Mainly 308 Is this a 2 out of 3 kind of situation? I would be interested in maximum suppression and light weight; or maximum suppression and good value

    Suppressors

I don’t know much about them, but it would be nice to get one for the 308 caliber class. Are there any brands that are generally recommended? I just want something decent. Thanks

    problems with rucking

I am a chiropractor and athletic trainer (not a personal trainer). It’s the cyclic loaded flexion over and over that delaminates the disc. A static flexion is different and may or may not be a problem

    problems with rucking

Discs typically are injured with repeated bouts of flexion cycles combined with loaded compression, which causes delamination of the annular fibers of the disc and eventual herniation. A heavy ruck is mainly just compression and if you are starting with a healthy back and building gradually...

    30-06 for everything????

My 30-06 holds 5 down with a hinged floor plate. I like that for grizzly bears. 300WM won’t do that

    The New Leupold Mark 4HD?

It was speculation. I will be patient. Apologies

    The New Leupold Mark 4HD?

fair enough. I’m likely completely off base. I sent a scope in and it was evaluated fairly quickly, but it failed. After @Timberline001 s comment I remembered form telling me if a scope is passing then it will be awhile before results are posted

    The New Leupold Mark 4HD?

True, if it is passing 👍 🤞

    The New Leupold Mark 4HD?

I may be completely off base, but the delay on this makes me wonder if it was tested, failed, and leupold doesn’t want the results posted…
