I picked up some OR puffy pants on a real sale. Should be a good for cold, high ridges later in the season.
I also picked up an OR and First Lite baselayer. One is synthetic and one is merino wool. Should be fun to play around with and compare drying and odor.
The landowner deal and their sweet set up provided by Idaho code is really frustrating. Money in, don’t allow any access, shoot big critters with lo tags.
There's a side of me that thinks at this point the best age for a burn is no burn because the area doesn't get as much attention. While that might seem blasphemous to some, burns are hunter magnets these days and there is awesome habitat that hasn't burned in the last ten years and doesn't show...
Yeah that's good. Kind of sounds like Cody has been spending a lot of time around wedding receptions. Lol. And you young s.o.b.s without children or busy jobs get lots of time in the field. Color me jealous. I help a handful of guys on here each year to live vicariously through them.

So this is a thread that was intended to promote discussion among Idaho residents. I personally am not interested in going into nonresident draw options and pros and cons and would rather the thread stays on topic. I will say that if you are a nonresident and have questions, I have personally...
Don’t just go posting PMs. I’m not a major Buzz fan and I’m surprised he’d be appointed to that position, given his high level of anger and demeaning tone in general but this is not a proper way to express your concerns with Buzz.
It’s fairly well known history in Idaho. I’ve always thought it was very cool. The aerial fish planting in high alpine lacks has always been pretty amazing to me as well.
If you ever want to see more than 50 yards in front of you, pm me. Haha You do plenty well for yourself in the jungle there’s no need. If you haven’t spent some time in the Frank/Sawtooths, they are best explored with a fly rod and a pretty neat experience.
