    That’s wild. I cancelled on the 350 Roughtech Specter on 8/15 when the EuroOptic rep told me (after talking to the Beretta rep) that they were minimum 5 weeks out. Now they show in stock. I was 2nd on the order list, lol. What a s-show. Maybe they’ll send it anyway as I haven’t yet seen my refund.

    Strasser, Blaser, Heym, Merkel, Sauer, Lynx, Chapuis Rols, Anshutz, Roessler, Steel, Beretta, Haenel. There’s some interesting and amazing actions to explore. Easier overseas, lol. Have two Tikkas, don’t find them super smooth. They are fine, but not so amazing as sometimes made out.

    Thanks for taking the time to film yourself. Any measured difference in standing shot accuracy between the two? Your form is significantly different from one stock to the other when shooting offhand.

    Stainless are stamped as such on the bottom of the action. I’d presume/hope MT knows that with all their experience with these guns. That he didn’t pull the action out of the stock to look blows my mind.

    One pack

    Apples to apples, same dimensions and weight stacked on top of each other is going to suck for stability. Torque caused by weight further away from back is totally real though. Just the demonstration you’ve put forth is a bit exaggerated, imo.

    Nice rifles for the money, but it seems like the lines are unclear between stainless steel barreled actions and “stainless cerekote” finish. I think the stainless XTA was a stainless steel barreled action, but only sold in Europe? In the US, can’t tell if any are actually stainless steel. Seems not.

    Should I have my barrel shortened for suppressor?

    Tikka sells rifles with 16” barrels. The 20” threaded Tikkas are actually 19” barrel lengths, at least the ones’s I’ve seen. I doubt those barrels are “engineered” any differently than the rest.
